Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
— Unused and undamaged — In its original packaging — With the invoice or order confirmation enclosed
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Send us an email at infomaeveliving@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions on how to send the product back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval of your return. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 5–10 working days.
COMPLAINTS
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at infomaeveliving@gmail.com with a photo of the product and a description of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
